How to Order

 

Please be sure to read the company policies and the announcements page, before sending an inquiry and/or placing an order.


Kindly note that we are constantly working towards fulfilling every opportunity possible and we ask that time and patience be given upon deciding to work with us so we could maintain our personal interaction with each bride.

Our services include pre-designed Bridal flowers and custom creations.

Pre-designed items shown are design ideas presented and are created after purchase, allowing room for flower and ribbon color customizations.
There is no extra charge if the same flower type and quantities are used. All items are handmade to your specifications. No two will ever be exactly alike. 

Custom creations are designs not shown but can be created just for you from your own flower and color ideas. Email us photos you have collected and/or a detailed description of what you have in mind, for design options, preparation dates and pricing.




Notes:

 

  • Turnaround time for orders

    This is based on the number of orders that are booked. Orders are booked after payment clears.


  • Ordering a sample.

    We recommend that a sample is ordered for color and quality approval, when available, before placing an order.
    Samples require 1-2 weeks for delivery if in stock.     Please call/email to order. (Limited to the number of flowers discussed with us)    .


  • Placing an order:
  • We recommend working on all orders months before the wedding. If you have less time, kindly check with us to see if we can help. Please keep in mind that during the client-designer correspondence stage, flower inventory are likely to become sold out. We'll respond as quickly as we can to expedite the process so you could order the flowers before they go out of stock.
  • After discussing open dates, designs and available flower stock with us, an electronic invoice is prepared containing the order details and a link to submit payment online. After placing the order, you would be issued a Google Order # which could be used for reference when contacting us. The Google order # could be found on the invoice receipt, under the Purchase tab, when logged into your Google Checkout account.
  • We have provided an Order Sheet at the foot of this page that may be used to copy, paste and fill the required information into an email or Word document for getting a quote and/or placing an order.


  • Customizing a design shown on the site.

    Any items shown can be mixed and matched to build your own package. Ribbon and flower colors can be changed (if available) at no additional cost. Please see our ribbon color chart and flower chart for what's available. Prices may vary if changing the type of flower used. Payment can be in full or a 50% deposit of the total order. Please let us know at the time of invoice/order sheet set up.


  • Get prices or custom order

    A matching cake topper, flower girl items, hair flowers or centerpieces. (Only available with a bridal flower order valued at 400.00 or more).


  • Get a quote on a custom design

    Photos may be emailed for design reference along with the filled PDF Order Sheet form provided.


  • Payment for custom orders:

    After color, quality and design approval, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin preliminary design and photography work. After preliminary design approval the balance would be due. The package would then be completed and shipped. Advance payment can also be made in full if you prefer less of a hassle. Preliminary design and photography work is offered before shipping the order, with either payment options. Where an advance payment is made, a 50% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders    .

Flowers that are out of stock can take 4 months to 1 year to replace since they are imported from overseas. We ask that orders are placed sooner rather than later, to avoid any delays or disappointments of not getting the flowers you have your heart set on. We will ship your order the next available open date on our schedule for item preparation, that is most appropriate to your wedding or need by date. Photos are emailed for design approval and shipping consent prior mailing every order.
